Email Account Setup on Android Devices

1. Open the E-Mail App

6. Step : In this area, we will perform the incoming server settings.

> Email address : The email address that the other party will see when you send mail (You can also type the email address you entered in step 1).
> Username : You need to write your e-mail address that you want to log in on the server mail service or you can write the e-mail address you wrote in step 1.
> Password : You must type your password for the email address.
> Pop3 Server : In this field you need to write your domain name and extension in the form of "mail.yoursite.com". Ex: mail@voldi.net
> Security type : You need to select "None" from the security type options.
> Port : Enter the numbers that are the incoming server port. "Incoming server port is 110."
> After filling in the fields, click the "Proceed" button. 

 

Step 7: On this screen, we will perform the outgoing server, that is, smtp settings.
> SMTP Server :
In this field, you need to write your domain name and extension in the form of "mail.yoursite.com". Ex: mail@voldi.net
> Security type : You need to select "None" from the security type options.
> We check the "Require login" field.
> Username : You need to write your e-mail address that you want to log in on the server mail service or you can write the e-mail address you wrote in step 1.
> Password : You must enter your password for the email address.
> After filling in these fields, click on the "Proceed" button and complete the mail setup process.
